An aviation power vehicle is a new type of AC/DC multi-functional aviation ground power vehicle. It is equipped with three sets of power supply systems, which can energize and start supporting aircraft models. It is suitable for aviation and civil aircraft, helicopters, transport aircraft as well as large, medium and small passenger aircraft, and can also be used as a test power source for aircraft manufacturing plants, maintenance shops and aircraft research and development departments.
Its working principle is based on power electronics technology, usually using two core components: inverters and rectifiers. The main task of an inverter is to generate adjustable alternating current (AC) from a direct current (DC) power source, while the rectifier is responsible for converting alternating current back to direct current.
(1) AC input module of the 115V/200V aviation integrated AC/DC linear power supply vehicle: This module is responsible for receiving the AC input from an external power source, and usually adopts industrial-grade plugs and sockets to ensure the stability and safety of the power supply.
(2) DC output module of the 115V/200V aviation integrated AC/DC linear power supply vehicle: This module performs voltage stabilization and filtering processing on the DC power output by the AC input module, and outputs stable DC power. The output voltage and current can be adjusted according to actual needs.
(3) Inverter module of the 115V/200V aviation integrated AC/DC linear power supply vehicle: This module converts DC power into AC power to meet the requirements of different voltages and frequencies. The inverter module usually adopts high-frequency switching technology, which has the characteristics of high conversion efficiency and small size.
